If you would like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving the purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund* to the credit or debit card used to purchase the products if the products meet the following conditions:

1. They are unopened and original seal/shrink sleeve is in tact
2. They were not on clearance or final sale price

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Contact info@pureplaisir.com with your request to return or exchange a product. We will send you a Return or Exchange form.
2. Return the completed form via email. Once we receive this we will send you a shipping label within 3 business days.
3. Place the products in the original box and packaging and adhere the shipping label. Please use the protective packing materials that the products came with so that the product is not damaged during shipping (bubble wrap, air pocket/pillows, etc.).
4. Drop off the shipment off at any Canada Post location.

Once the products have been received at our location, the refund will be applied to the credit or debit card used to purchase the products. Please note that the refund may take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your credit card or bank statement. If your request is for an exchange, we will ship out the new product within 1 business day of receiving the original return.

If you cannot accept a refund to the payment method used to pay for the returned product, you will receive store credit in the form of a coupon code that can be used toward any purchase on www.pureplaisir.com. This includes both tax and shipping charges. The code may only be used once and does not have an expiry date.

*Please note, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds for products purchased using gift cards. If you are unhappy with your purchase and your payment method was via gift card, you may exchange your product for a different product or store credit only.
